Wuling Starlight 560 / Three power options available
We have captured images of the Wuling Starlight 560 from domestic dealers and it is expected to continue the strategy of offering three power options as seen in the Starlight 730, with both 5-seat and 7-seat versions available.
In terms of appearance, the vehicle features a nearly borderless front grille that integrates seamlessly with the headlamps on both sides, complemented by the silver Wuling logo in the center, providing a visually appealing look. Additionally, the grille is adorned with honeycomb elements, enhancing the vehicle's sporty feel.
From the side, the car adopts a floating roof design and is equipped with a black roof rack. The raised wheel arches at the front and rear add a sense of depth and layering to the vehicle. At the rear, the design is more conventional compared to the front, with a straighter tail light assembly, a gunmetal gray bumper guard, and a large rear spoiler on the roof, all in line with the vehicle's positioning.
Inside, the car adopts a wraparound design style, with a black and brown color scheme and chrome accents in multiple details, giving it a visually refined look. The two-spoke multifunctional steering wheel and large central console screen meet current driving needs. Moreover, the door panels feature texture designs, and the center console has dual cup holders and a phone storage slot.
Regarding power options, it is expected that the new model will offer plug-in hybrid, pure electric, and fuel versions. Referring to the Starlight 730, the plug-in hybrid version is powered by a 1.5L engine and an electric motor, with a pure electric range of 125km (CLTC cycle). The pure electric version has a maximum motor power of 100kW and a pure electric range of 500km (CLTC cycle). The fuel version is equipped with a 1.5T engine, with a maximum power of 130kW, and is available with either a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission.
