The official compact MPV from SAIC MAXUS—the 2025 MAXUS G50—has officially made its debut.The new model will be available in four exterior colors:Pearl White,Obsidian Black,Meteorite Grey,and Flowing Light Pink.
In terms of appearance,the new vehicle adopts a completely new design style.The borderless front grille,combined with the slender light groups,gives the car a more fashionable look.At the same time,the chrome strip above the grille connects with the light groups on both sides,creating a through visual effect.Regarding vehicle dimensions,the length,width,and height are 4825/1825/1778(1800)mm respectively,with a wheelbase of 2800 mm.On the side of the body,the 2025 MAXUS G50 MAX features a side-opening door design,rather than the traditional sliding door structure.Meanwhile,the protruding wheel arches at the front and rear of the new vehicle,together with the upper and lower waistlines,enhance the visual layering of the side.At the rear of the vehicle,the new model is equipped with uniquely shaped rear light groups,featuring zigzag LED light strips inside,which stand out visually.
Inside the cabin,the new vehicle features a wing-like dashboard design,with rich horizontal lines outlining a wrap-around visual effect.The car also offers two color options:Starry Black and Amber Brown,and includes wood grain panels in many details.In terms of details,the new vehicle is equipped with a through air vent,a dual-spoke multifunction steering wheel,and a dual-screen design composed of a 12.3-inch LCD screen and a 12.3-inch center console screen,which not only enhances the sense of technology but also enriches the light and shadow layers.In terms of configuration,the vehicle will provide one-touch up and down windows with anti-pinch function for all doors,and six speakers throughout the vehicle.
Regarding power,referring to the current model,it will be equipped with a 1.5T engine,with a maximum power of 181 horsepower and a peak torque of 285 N·m.In terms of transmission,it will be matched with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
