Meanwhile, the new car is equipped with two-tone protective plates on the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and other parts, and its overall wildness has also been enhanced to a certain extent.
In terms of the interior, referring to the models currently on sale, the Forester is equipped with an 8-inch central control display screen as standard for the in-vehicle infotainment system, which can show online maps and real-time traffic conditions via Wi-Fi. The display screen also integrates Baidu CarLife smartphone interconnection function and WeLink function (relevant software needs to be pre-installed on the phone), further enhancing convenience.
In terms of power, the Forester is equipped with a 2.5L horizontally opposed engine that delivers a maximum power of 169 horsepower and a peak torque of 252 N · m, with a combined fuel consumption of 7.5L/100km (WLTP). Subaru's unique horizontally opposed engine features a low center of gravity, light weight and compact structure, which can effectively resist roll when turning. The entire series is equipped with a Symmetrical four-wheel drive system (Symmetrical AWD).
The vehicle can automatically adjust the torque distribution between the front and rear axles according to the driving conditions, ensuring that each wheel reaches the ideal driving state. The X-MODE, which is standard across the entire series, can enhance the driving performance of the vehicle. The vehicle features a ground clearance of 220 millimeters, an approach Angle of 21.5°, a departure Angle of 25.8°, and a longitudinal passing Angle of 21.5°, ensuring its off-road capability.
